  I am disappointed in this company! The only reason I gave them a 3 out of 5 is because they were able to come to my home the next day after I called, which I appreciate. I do not appreciate being told my bill was $114. And that was after I called them to get my bill because I hadn't heard what it would cost me for over a week. I asked for details on why it was $114. The receptionist said they replaced the filter, which they did not. So then she said it would be $89. $45 for a diagnostic fee and the rest was for him going through my AC unit and discovering the switch had been tripped in the unit. Okay isn't going through my AC unit the diagnostic!? I understand he fixed the tripped switch, but no parts were involved. He had to flip a switch! And he was at my house for maybe 20 minutes. $89 is outrageous! I will not be using your company again!
